THE SECOND ROOM
How do sessions unfold?
We make space for what’s trying to emerge—through sensation, symbol, memory, image, movement, stillness. We track patterns. Make maps. Organize chaos. We take seriously your hunches, dreams, rituals, and revelations.
You get strategic support for your experiments: internal research, artistic inquiry, practical metaphysics. You get a collaborator. A mentor. A guide. A companion on the path.. A midwife. Someone who sees you and knows how to ask real questions.
This work lives in the space where the somatic meets the symbolic, where mystery becomes tactile, and where life begins to feel inhabited again.
Sessions Begin with Arrival
Whether through gentle touch, movement, or stillness, settling somatically (through the felt sense of our body) helps us drop beneath surface noise. For some, this means gentle, clothed bodywork (20–40 minutes/local) to calm the nervous system — for others, guided stillness or rhythmic movement. Some people want more time here. Some just need a minute or two.
After landing, we listen and inquire together: into creative blocks, images that won’t let go, your own work or something not yet clear. We might explore personal symbols through dialog, writing, dreams, divination, or creative process.
I approach the symbolic language of astrology — and other divinatory tools — as part of contemplative and creative inquiry. They help illuminate personal meaning, timing and heighten awareness of synchronicities in our world. Sometimes an archetype might enter the room, or a poem, a half-formed image or the etymology of a word that keeps surfacing. Each session begins where you are — physically, creatively, symbolically — and unfolds from there. No prior experience is needed and you're always at choice in what we explore.

Why book a Session? / Who This Is For
You’re already on a path. You’re tracking your dreams, asking better questions, making things, wrestling with meaning. You’re not looking to be fixed—you’re looking to stay close to what’s real. You’ve glimpsed the mystery, the beauty, the ache of it all. And you want to stay in conversation with that.
Because you’re hovering at the threshold of something.
Because your metaphors are mixed.
Because you need a witness who won’t interrupt.
Because something is whispering to you and you’d like to hear it more clearly.
Because you forgot how deep your own attention goes.
You might be an artist, a mystic, a researcher of the inner world. You’ve probably lived at the edges, or learned things the hard way. You’ve spent time in the dark and understand it has its own intelligence.
You want a place to orient. To experiment. To listen and be listened to. To companion your own becoming.
I offer practical and sustainable ideas/practices/structures that will serve you … keep you going after a session. A plan, a practice, the outline of a project, an insight. You might leave more grounded. Or more curious.…With a thread to follow, a single sentence that echoes for days, or just a better sense of your own gravity. Some come for creative support, others for re-orientation,
witnessing, or perspective.
Why I Do This
Because this world—seen and unseen—is radiant with correspondence. Because beauty matters. Because the shadow matters. Because we only get this one life, and it deserves to be lived from the inside out, not the outside in.
This isn’t about bypassing toward “positivity” or tidying things into narratives too soon. This is about presence—not the buzzword, but the hard-won kind. The kind that shows up in a breath, a glance, a strange synchronicity you almost missed.
This is about what's real. And making what’s real.

THE KEYS
✦
There are 6 keys or anchor points that will help to shape and focus our work together:
Imperfection & Sacred Struggle
We learn through practice — to trust the sometimes rough and winding road.
Inhabitation & Intuition
We dwell with what’s already here. Listening. Imagining. Letting form arise.
Cycles & Rhythms
We orient to the innate cadences that shape you. Together we clarify personally meaningful methods, practices and symbols.
The Altar & The Laboratory
We define frameworks — rituals or containers — that invite
your inherent brilliance to emerge.
Creative Process
We court play, absurdity, humor, intuition, discipline and the unexpected.
This is a Laboratory.
Reflection & Divination
We engage in practice as research — in thought in the act. We distill essential questions. We listen to the voice of the work itself.
All of this grounded in embodied attention and listening — through dreams, body, writing, archetypes, oracular tools and the generative mess of the creative process.
These Sessions are not…
…Therapy, coaching or diagnostic in nature; they originate in my practice as an artist — grounded in embodied attention, symbolic thought and the creative process.
I'm not here to coddle, rescue, or please. I don’t work with people who expect to be saved or served just because they paid. If you want fast results, easy answers, or someone to carry your load—I’m not your person.
I’m not polite. But respect, gentleness and patience are my priorites. And I’ll meet you with my full attention, if you bring yours.
