✦ THE SECOND ROOM

A one-on-one session for women/identified drawn to creative and symbolic processes — especially during times of transition, inner shift, or the strange in-between. These sessions offer an intuitive, reflective space to land, listen and reorient.

We might begin with gentle, clothed bodywork (20–40 minutes) to calm the nervous system — or with stillness, breath, or movement. From there, we listen and inquire together: to dreams, creative blocks, images that won’t let go, your own work, or something not yet clear.

Sometimes an archetype might enter the room. Or a poem, a half-formed image or the root of a word you didn’t know you needed. Each session begins where you are — physically, creatively, symbolically — and unfolds from there.

These sessions are shaped by the intelligence of the moment — by what’s alive and ready to be met.

These sessions are not therapy, coaching, or diagnostic in nature.
They arise from my life as an artist: grounded in embodied attention,
symbolic thought and creative process.

Because you forgot how deep your own attention goes.

You might leave more grounded. Or more curious. …With a thread to follow or a single sentence that echoes for days. Or just a better sense of your own gravity.
Some come for creative support, others for re-orientation, witnessing, or perspective.

We define frameworks — rituals or containers — that invite your inherent brilliance to emerge.

Creative Process
We court play, absurdity, humor, intuition, discipline and the unexpected. This is a Laboratory.

Reflection & Divination
We engage in practice as research — in thought in the act. We distill essential questions. We listen to the voice of the work itself.

All of this grounded in embodied attention and listening — through dreams, writing, archetypes, divinatory tools, somatic awareness and the generative mess of the creative process.
